"I was contacted by Weston after submitting my information online for a homeowners and car insurance quote. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with him, going over all the details, and he said he would call me back later with a quote. I never received a call back, so the next day I called his office. I only spoke with someone I assume was a receptionist, who told me he would call me back when he was available. Again, no return call. Very unprofessional. I’m now glad I’m not working with them going forward—because if this is how they handle initial contact, what would happen if I needed to file a claim or speak to someone about an urgent matter? I probably wouldn’t get a call back then either. I understand there may be circumstances where State Farm wouldn’t be able to insure me, but at the very least, they should have the courtesy to follow up and let me know."
